ArriveHome, an agent-matching app that connects homebuyers with nearby agents on demand, is expanding its features and geographical reach. ArriveHome allows users to connect with real estate professionals in a consumer’s desired location, and agents can let homebuyers know, in real time, when and where they are available to show homes on a given day by going ‘live’ on the map. Users can see the latest homes that hit the market, and agents can stay in contact with their clients easier than ever before.

Todd Narlinger, Owner of Madison & Company Properties, located in Denver, Colorado recently launched a new real estate app, ArriveHome. Delivering a home buying experience for all generations, ArriveHome changes the way prospective home buyers shop for a home while providing real estate agents with a tool for reaching active home shoppers, connecting immediately to leads and instantly responding to requests. With the ‘exclusive agent’ snapshot feature, agents can connect with their clients on the app and receive notifications when their clients favorite a new home, which lets them keep up-to-date on their clients’ needs and wants. Another great aspect of the ‘exclusive agent’ snapshot is when a client connects with an agent on ArriveHome all other agents are removed from the map, allowing a closer bond between client and agent.

Currently available in Colorado, California and Arizona, the ArriveHome team plans to expand into the Texas and Nevada markets, with others on the horizon in the near future. The ArriveHome team is also currently working on a full-scale website version, which they hope to launch soon.
