REAL Trends + Tom Ferry The Thousand 2019

REAL Trends has launched its annual The Thousand, an elite ranking of top and agents and teams across the United States, with Leverage members securing three spots.

Congratulations are in order for Leverage member agent teams, The Joe Frazzano team at J. Rockcliff Realtors, The Emily Beare team at CORE, and The Nolan Group at Vanguard Properties, who all ranked in REAL Trends + Tom Ferry The Thousand 2019. As advertised in The Wall Street Journal, this survey displays the top residential real estate agents and teams across the United States. The brokers and teams making up this list have a combined sales volume of $90 billion in sales in 2018.  

The Thousand ranking is broken down into four main categories: top 250 individuals by transaction sides, top 250 individuals by sales volume, top 250 individuals by transaction sides, and top 250 teams by sales volume. 

Ranking at number 70 among the Top 250 Teams by Sales Volume, The Joe Frazzano Team, the top producing team at J. Rockcliff Realtors, earned a sale volume of $229,000,000. As a team, they have sold over $1 billion in real estate. The highly client-focused team consistently earns excellent reviews among buyers and sellers alike. 

The Emily Beare Team at CORE in New York City ranks number 72 among the Top 250 Teams by Sales Volume with a sale volume of $225,587,500. The seven-player team is made up of hardworking individuals that showcase their in-depth knowledge of the NYC real estate industry and lifestyle while focusing on the most high-end neighborhoods in New York City, including the Upper East Side, Central Park, and Greenwich Village. Team leader, Emily Beare boasts 2 billion dollars in sales with a reputation as one of NYC’s top brokers. 

Securing the 154th rank in the Top 250 Teams by Sales Volume is The Nolan Group at Vanguard Properties in San Francisco, CA, with a sales volume of $161,356,808. Leading the team, Frank Nolan is the Vice President of Vanguard Properties. In 2010 Nolan started the Nolan Group, consisting of four agents that have worked with over 300 clients. Nolan established the group to ensure that each of their clients gets the care and attention they need.
