Puerto Vallarta real estate mogul, Taniel Chemsian talks about his entry into real estate, the television program House Hunters International and the way the industry has changed in recent years in this interview with Vallarta Real Estate Guide.
A key player with Timothy Real Estate Group, Taniel Chemsian is a familiar face to fans of the hit HGTV show, House Hunters International. As an expert in the Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco market, Chemsian has infiltrated international media as a host of the show, displaying his exptertise in the area.
Born in Lebanon and raised in Los Angeles, Chemsian first made plans to move to Puerto Vallarta upon visiting in 2001. By 2006, Chemsian left his roots in the apparel industry and began his foray into the region’s real estate industry, accompanied by founder of Timothy Real Estate Group, Carl Timothy. Chemsian’s dedication and commitment to real estate began to bear fruit, and he was quickly made the principle sales and listings agent working for Carl Timothy.
Due to his outstanding performance in the real estate industry and his natural and comfortable demeanor in front of the camera, Chemsian was chosen to host the television program, House. Hunters International in Puerto Vallarta.
