The Holiday Season is for sharing and celebrating! As we reflect on the past year, we would like to highlight the generous spirit of our members and their charitable contributions.

Westside Estate Agency

Westside Estate Agency is donating 100% of commissions earned on the leasing of homes to displaced Woolsey Fire victims to the LA County Fire Foundation and The American Red Cross. The LA County Fire Foundation supports first responders fighting on the front line of fires. The American Red Cross set up temporary shelters and food sites across burn areas of California. With offices in Malibu and Beverly Hills, WEA has opened their hearts and their homes to their surrounding community. We commend WEA for their exceptional display of compassion that directly aids those most affected by the Woolsey Fire.

Bownman Real Estate Group, Vanguard Properties

Jennifer Bowman of Vanguard Properties and Bowman Real Estate Group has made the pledge to donate a portion of all sales to Home for a Home. Home for a Home is an organization supported by socially conscious real estate agents; for every home sold, a portion of that money goes towards building a house for a family in Guatemala. Both near and far, the Bowman Real Estate Group and Vanguard Properties are committed to helping people find a place to call home.

Miloff Aubuchon Realty Group

Miloff Aubuchon Realty Group, well-established in Southwest Florida, held their 20th annual “Helping Hands for the Holidays” fundraiser. Not only is this event a social tradition in their community - the night includes a ceremonial tree lighting, an appearance from Santa, and plenty of food and drinks - but the proceeds benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Ronald McDonald House Charities, and LEE BIA Builders Care. The Miloff Aubuchon Realty Group is on track to exceed their total donations in 2017 and attribute this success to their volunteers, team members, and donors.

Madison & Co. Properties

Madison & Co. Properties has offices in the metro Denver area, providing stellar service for all their clients’ real estate experiences. Their bi-annual charity event, Birdies for Butterflies, is a scramble-style golf tournament benefiting the Butterfly Fund. The Butterfly Fund is a non-profit organization that provides assistance to children afflicted with Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB), a chronic, painful, genetic skin disorder with no known cure. All donations will be made in honor of William Vinson, a Colorado native suffering from EB. You can read about his touching story and find out more about EB here.

New England Land Company

The team at New England Land Company has championed for a number of philanthropic pursuits in their community of Greenwich, Connecticut. Some of their year round efforts include: preparing 1,500 meals at Port Chester Carver Center, initiating a Halloween pumpkin drive for the residents of Nathaniel Witherell, a short-term rehab and nursing care center, lobbying for the Greenwich merchants’ “Bring Your Own Bag” reusable checkout bag ordinance, and supporting the annual Bridgeport Winter Coat Drive. The New England Land Company has been a pillar of the Greenwich community for 45 years, delivering personalized experiences in the field of luxury residential real estate and putting their family values of integrity and service into action.

Through an unwavering commitment to their local communities, our members have inspired true global connection. They have done tremendous work to fundraise, provide disaster relief, and spread awareness of their philanthropic causes.
