Arturo Rodriguez is eager to put his two decades of experience in the real estate industry and significant knowledge about Houston’s central neighborhoods to work for you! Arturo has honed his real estate skills for 20 years as the executive assistant of Boulevard Realty broker/owner Bill Baldwin. Serving as Bill’s trusted assistant for all these years, Arturo has gained extensive experience in so many critical areas of real estate and has seen just about every different issue that one can come across in the home buying and selling process.

Arturo’s friendly, easygoing nature and ability to calmly handle conflicts as they arise during the home selling process make him an incredible asset. These qualities allow him to effectively communicate with clients, fellow Realtors, listing photographers, and others throughout the buying/selling process to make sure everything is running smoothly, on schedule, and everyone is happy. Originally from Mexico, Arturo is fluent in Spanish (as well as English), meaning he is equally adept at helping both Spanish-speaking and English-speaking clients.

His years of experience as Bill Baldwin’s assistant have allowed him to develop precise organization skills and in-depth knowledge of so many Houston neighborhoods—tools that help him excel as a Realtor. Living in Oak Forest, and working out of Boulevard Realty’s Heights office, Arturo has an especially deep knowledge of these two areas, but has real estate experience in neighborhoods all over central Houston.

Aside from his work in real estate, Arturo is a very talented and accomplished artist. He sold out his first art opening in January 2012 and has since donated numerous works to nonprofit organizations. His works have been featured in auctions and in galleries in different venues in Houston, Dallas, and San Antonio. Arturo also loves to explore, whether that’s via his frequent travels to other countries or simply by checking out different parts of Houston. At the end of the day, Arturo’s favorite thing to do is spend quality time with his husband Joe Albert and their friends and families.
