Bethany Fadel

Bethany Fadel, AIA, joined DEN as a sales agent in 2020. Bethany is a 5th generation Texan, and happily relocated back to her native state after practicing architecture in Los Angeles since 2003. She is now a lead Architect and Development Associate with Bercy Chen in Austin. With her in-depth knowledge of design typology, site evaluation, entitlements, and construction, Bethany is able to meaningfully inform the decision making process on all sides of a real estate transaction. Successfully merging her expertise in architecture with real estate, Bethany's career in high-end residential and commercial development brings an invaluable perspective to her clients. Bethany is a 2001 graduate of the Texas Tech School of Architecture. She happily resides in South Austin with her film composer husband, and their equally creative and energetic 5 year old son.
