Ho’okele, in Hawaiian, means “to navigate” and we strive as a firm to help our clients navigate Hawaii’s expansive real estate landscape.

ABOUT CARL
While in law school, Carl worked in a clinic that provided free aid to investors whose trust had been breached by unscrupulous fiduciaries, this experience had given him a heightened sense of duty, loyalty, and responsibility towards his clients.
With this heightened sense of duty and his engrained love for his real estate, instilled in him by his realtor parents, Carl began his real estate career in San Francisco where he catered to sellers, first-home buyers, tech entrepreneurs, C-level executives at publicly traded companies, and captains of industries. He was last associated with a Christie’s International Real Estate affiliate, where he was immersed in the land of luxury real estate, but despite this immersion he made it a point to treat every client, at any price point, with the same unmatched service.
With experience in luxury real estate and investment banking - he has guided clients to meeting their goals, managed global teams to exceed their targets, was the Principal for marketing approval for bank's most lucrative securities based lending product, and has leveraged my extensive global network of influence, from wealthy to the ultra wealthy, to benefit my real estate clients - on and off market.
His vast network allowed him to capture a large market, and although Carl is not a practicing lawyer, the skills he acquired from his legal background enabled his clients to capitalize on his due diligence, adeptness to capture underlying red flags, and his ability to negotiate highly favorable deals.
