Anyone who was around this summer, or indeed this year will not need telling that it’s been busy. The Algarve has returned to full swing and not only have the property agents been busy, but businesses in general are thriving.
Our sales targets for the year have already been exceeded and the appetite for investing in property in the Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo area seems insatiable. The strong Pound giving UK buyers more spending money and this coupled with the Irish returning, and other Northern Europeans keen to invest, is leading us right back to a vendors market. There is much less on the market and buyers have less choice and consequently seem well prepared to invest good money for the best locations.
