Eva Lovely knows the distinction between a house and a home.

Her long career in fashion and production has found her living in Austin, LA, Miami, New York, and the Palm-lined beaches of Kerala. On sabbatical from the demands of the advertising world, Eva worked for three years in the jungle of Costa Rica’s Osa Peninsula to design and build a dream house with her own two hands - a now fabled tree-house property called Punta Jaguar - which she has used her considerable marketing acumen to have featured in top-shelf media and style outlets like the Today Show, Elle, Elle Decor, Snapchat and Thrillist.

But when it was time to decide where she would give birth and raise her son, Austin was the home she returned to. As a resident for 6 years, Eva came home to a place that extends beyond the walls of her family home into a personal community as diverse as the city itself. Her friendships keep her in the regular company of Austin’s top designers, hoteliers, restauranteurs, musicians, founders, and filmmakers - right alongside the deep relationships she’d made as a blessing way birth ceremonialist, a certified end of life doula, and as a mom to a local pre-schooler. Naturally and successfully bridging these worlds requires intuition, empathy, and integrity - and an understanding that we all have unique needs. You’ll find that Eva’s work at DEN is driven by these same attributes, and filtered through the trained eye of an aesthete whose eye for design and style has guided happy clients for years.
