Brian Mello

After moving to Charleston in 2003, Brian oversaw the renovation of several historic homes which initially piqued his interest in architecture and real estate. Through these projects, he was able to gain a unique understanding of historic home transactions as well as income-producing investment properties. Brian later married his lovely bride, Jessica, in the French Huguenot Church in 2005. Brian has been a proud supporter of a variety of local and national philanthropic organizations including St. Jude Children’s Center, Charleston Concert Association, the Dee Norton Child Advocacy Center and the Center for Birds of Prey. He resides in the Old Village of Mount Pleasant with Jessica, his daughter Reese and their beloved rescue pup, Hershey.

Brian has quickly made a name for himself as one of Charleston’s top Realtors®, helping him to achieve the Realtor® of Distinction’s highest award for the last three years. His targeted marketing efforts, both online and in print, his exceptional ability to think outside the box, and his relationships with the Realtor® community ensure that every transaction has optimal results. Understanding the latest real estate law, as well as comprehending the latest market trends, has compelled Brian to continually attend classes, seminars, and luxury real estate conventions. Brian has his real estate broker’s license, he is a member of the National Association of Realtors®, a member of the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors®, and the South Carolina Association of Realtors®.
