Hello, I’m Jon Burden — a Durango-based Realtor and content creator with a mission to help clients find their dream homes in the breathtaking mountain landscapes of Durango, Colorado and the timeless charm of New Mexico.

With a growing YouTube channel of over 1,200 subscribers and weekly videos all about living in Durango, I bring a modern, media-driven approach to real estate. My channel is a go-to resource for out-of-state buyers and locals alike, showcasing homes, neighborhoods, trails, market updates, and insider knowledge of the region. I don’t just list properties — I give them exposure through powerful storytelling and search-optimized video tours that reach buyers where they’re already searching.

Before real estate, I served in the U.S. Navy as the primary Search and Rescue Swimmer for a crew of over 300. I also completed rigorous SEAL training, which taught me the value of grit, precision, and follow-through — all of which I bring to every client relationship.

I have an incredible wife and two energetic boys who fuel everything I do. We’re actively involved in our local church, serving in the Kids’ Ministry — a rewarding part of our lives that keeps us grounded in family and community.

When I’m not working or filming, I’m exploring the outdoors: running mountain trails, fly fishing alpine creeks, biking forest roads, swimming, free diving, spearfishing, or even shark diving when the opportunity arises.
