If you are looking for something completely unique, then you will want to see this waterfront property. Not only is the location spectacular but the house itself is also the result of one of the most thoughtfully and beautifully created projects we have seen.

In 1811 a millhouse was built on the edge of the Ria Formosa and just to the east of Fuseta. 200 years later the owner fought and won a hard battle to be allowed to rebuild his property. With the help of old photographs, the Millhouse was rebuilt as faithfully and authentically as possible and today it seamlessly blends into its beautiful environment. The house comprises three charming bedrooms and a fun mezzanine floor for extra friends. There is a large open style living and dining room with a central fireplace and all along the southwest side of the house, there is a porch with stunning water views. With a small boat, you have great access to the islands of the beautiful Ria Formosa Nature Reserve. The kitchen is carefully and very attractively designed and throughout this house, only the very finest materials and interior design were used. It truly is a piece of art. The gorgeous beaches are just beyond the property whilst the village of Fuseta will add a little Algarvean authenticity and charm to your life.
