NAR Names Samantha Marker a 30 Under 30 Finalist

Each year, the National Association of Realtors (NAR) selects 30 young rising stars to look out for in the real estate industry.

Congratulations to Southwest Florida REALTOR® Samantha Marker on being recognized by the National Association of Realtors (NAR) as a 30 Under 30 finalist. Marker is with Miloff Aubuchon Realty Group, the Leverage partner in Cape Coral and Fort Meyers, Florida.

Nearly 300 young real estate agents applied for 30 Under 30 this year. In early March, a panel of judges narrowed the field to 50 highly deserving finalists. Then, during the week-long Web Choice Award voting period, members of the public cast their votes.

Marker is one of only three real estate professionals across Florida recognized with the honor in the Class of 2021. “I decided to get my real estate license when my husband and I began buying and remodeling homes,” Marker explained in her 30 Under 30 application. “After our third remodel, I discovered I truly loved the process and thought it would be something I could enjoy doing for the rest of my life. My specialty is helping people purchase and remodel homes.”
