Westside Estate Agency Agent Closes Sale of the Lou Ferrigno Estate

The Santa Monica home was owned by the bodybuilder-turned-actor for decades.

Legendary bodybuilder and actor, Lou Ferrigno, and his wife, Carla, have sold their longtime English Revival-style residence for $3.25M. The buyer was represented by Dev Tailor, Agent at Westside Estate Agency, the Leverage partner in Beverly Hills and Malibu, CA.

The Santa Monica charmer was originally built in 1926 and has undergone thoughtful renovations to offer modern luxuries. Ferrigno and his wife have owned the property for thirty years.

Ferrigno is best known as a two-time winner of Mr. Universe and for his starring role on the series “The Incredible Hulk.” More recently, Ferrigno has appeared in “The King of Queens,” “I Love You Man,” and has been selected as a member of the President’s Council of Spots Fitness and Nutrition.
