A graduate of Crossroads School in Santa Monica and USC’s Marshall School of Business, Brandon’s perspective and strong interest in Los Angeles’ creative, culinary and artistic sides give him a well-balanced, unique and youthful view of LA residential real estate. Since joining Smith and Berg Partners in 2017, Brandon has represented buyers and sellers in real estate markets from Hollywood to Santa Monica. Brandon has lived in Melbourne, Australia and New York City and has traveled to numerous countries, always returning to the beauty and brilliance of his hometown, LA. Constantly looking for personal challenges outside of his dedication to his career, Brandon recently trained for and ran the 2018 LA Marathon, renewing his love of the competitive sports he played before college.

Katy is the newest member of the Smith & Berg team. She is so excited to be embarking on her real estate career and is beyond thrilled to be a member of one of the best teams in the industry.
She grew up in Pittsburgh and then attended the University of Wisconsin in Madison where she studied Political Science and Mandarin. After college she moved to New York City where she spent the next several years supporting the CEO of a major telecom company. In this role she learned a lot and gained a tremendous amount of experience operating under high pressured environments while still always maintaining her composure. After several years in the corporate world she decided she was ready for a new challenge.
She was eager to make the switch to real estate which was always appealing to her because she was looking for a career that would allow her to connect with others and make a lasting, meaningful mark on people’s lives. She considers herself incredibly lucky to have found the Smith & Berg team, who has so skillfully mastered this.
Outside of work Katy loves spending time with her family & friends, traveling, getting outdoors, comedy shows, live music, cooking with her husband, enjoying a great bottle of Italian red wine, and exploring LA and getting to know more of this amazing city.

Born in Atlanta, Georgia, Bobby set his sights on becoming a professional athlete from a young age. An All American High School football player, Bobby went on to earn a full athletic scholarship from the University of Virginia and started for the Cavaliers football team as a true freshman during his rookie year. Bobby finished his time at UVA as one of the most prolific All Around tight ends in the school's history, contributing to becoming an integral part of the team.
While most football dreams end at college graduation, Bobby was talented and determined enough to beat the odds and was drafted by the Chicago Bears as a tight end in 1996. He spent two seasons in the NFL before an injury led him to take early retirement and move to Los Angeles to pursue his two other passions — fitness and acting. For over a decade Bobby excelled in both pursuits, building up a loyal roster of personal training clients and teaching at Equinox Fitness while also starring on hit TV shows such as Grey’s Anatomy, NCIS: Los Angeles, General Hospital and Seal Team. Once again, being part of a cast meant more to Bobby than simply individual achievements.
More recently, Bobby has turned his professional focus to the luxury real estate industry, delivering the same commitment to excellence that he had on the football field to each client meeting. Just as throughout his football and acting careers, Bobby pledges to give his all as a team player to ensure his clients’ real estate experiences are positive.
While he originally hails from the south, Bobby has called the Los Angeles area his home for more than 20 years. A Los Angeles native with East Coast roots, Parisa grew up in a family of commercial and residential real estate investors.
Parisa attended Milken Community High School in Bel Air and the Cinema School at University of Southern California. After graduating, she worked in production on movies like “The Divergent” franchise and joined a top advertising agency, Lindeman & Associates, a leader in digital and print advertising for blockbuster movies such as “Avengers” and “Star Wars” to non-profit organizations including Stand Up To Cancer.
At Lindeman & Associates, Parisa serviced the complex needs of her marquee clients including Netflix, Disney, Amazon, Sony, and Universal Studios, and managed a team of creatives, strategists and executors. This experience not only provided an incredible platform to understand storytelling and project management from ideation to implementation, it also offered Parisa both unique and necessary skills to incorporate in her real estate career. Subsequently, Parisa worked as an Executive in the entertainment industry with a top writer/director and, on the side, she would identify homes for top filmmakers and producers.

Andrés is a SoCal native from a family of established LA restaurateurs and food manufacturers. After working in the entertainment industry, he joined forces with his family as a sales executive and later as a project manager for their residential and commercial developments in Southern California. Real estate quickly became his passion as it marries his interests in art & design, style, luxury, and building meaningful personal relationships.

Oliver is a transplant from Manila, Philippines and has made Los Angeles home for over half of his life. Educated in the Philippines with a degree in Philosophy, he moved to the US shortly after college and was immediately introduced to the world of Los Angeles luxury real estate by chance while touring the beautiful campus of the Pacific Design Center. The rest, as they say, is history.
Real estate has become a lifelong passion for Oliver. He started his career in real estate putting together MLS tours and listing packages for agents when computers and the internet were just finding their way in the industry. He elevated his skills in real estate office management and found real estate marketing and graphic design through a series of fortunate events which landed him a position as Creative Director for one of the top agents of the time, running the print and PR team for a new luxury highrise in Hollywood. Most recently, he led a team of talented staff at a start up boutique real estate company as Director of Operations before joining the tour-de-force that is Smith and Berg.
Oliver is an avid cyclist, car enthusiast, coffee aficionado, and tequila connoisseur. He also loves spending a lot of time in the kitchen cooking at home.

Krista was born and raised in Southern California. She attended college at California State University Fullerton graduating with a degree in Communications with an emphasis on Public Relations. Shortly before graduating she moved to Los Angeles where she remains today. Early experience with large-scale music events servicing VIP clientele taught her the importance of concierge-level service and working with a team. In 2013, she began working in the real estate industry as a Loan Processor. She quickly realized she wanted to transition to the sales side of the industry and took a position that evolved into the Operations Director for an agent duo, with one focused on residential sales and the other on multifamily commercial sales. This position gave her a wide-reaching grasp of the industry as a whole, as she handled transactions from the first meeting, to the marketing of the property, escrow, and post-closing, creating and maintaining systems along the way. During this time she obtained a real estate license in 2015 and is still licensed today. In 2019, she began working with Smith & Berg Partners as the Office Manager and Listings Coordinator bringing her creative approach and systems-oriented mindset. At SBP, her position evolved into the Marketing Manager as her creative nature backed by years of industry experience was a valuable asset in both managing the marketing of individual listings and the SBP brand as a whole. Outside of real estate you can find her hiking beautiful trails in the California sunshine, anywhere where there are great tacos, or lounging with her dog Mickey.

Garrett moved to Los Angeles in 2018 and has worked as a Concierge for the InterContinental Hotel in Downtown LA and Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel, offering the highest level of guest services for the luxury brand resorts. He is excited to venture into the real estate world with such a stellar team of driven professionals at SBP.
Prior to his West Coast move he attended Florida State University where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Theatre and Communications. He also served as the Artistic Director for Osceola Arts, a live theatre venue in Kissimmee, FL for five years and still enjoys the theatre whenever he gets the chance. Outside of the office Garrett likes driving up the PCH, Dodgers baseball and live music of any kind!
