Get to know Greg George, Founder/CEO of Leverage Partner Property BVI Realtors in the British Virgin Islands, including Islands of Tortola, Virgin Gorda, Anegada, and Jost Van Dyke.

What was your vision in founding/working at Property BVI Realtors?

The vision was crystal clear when I decided to open Property BVI. We needed to create a strong local Real Estate brand with emphasis on exceptional Customer Service. Our competitors had been in the business for several years so we knew we had to offer a different Real Estate experience. For us at Property BVI, we did not see this as a challenge, we simply had to treat every client with the same enthusiasm as we did with our First client when we opened our doors in 2008.

I also envisioned becoming one of the most recognized Real Estate company in the British Virgin Islands. At that time, I had no clue it would happen as soon as our fourth year. We received a prestigious award from Virgin Islands Property and Yacht Readers Choice Awards for best Real Estate Agency in the BVI 2012 and again in 2015.

What do you love most about working and living in the British Virgin Islands?

The BVI is an amazing group of islands in the Caribbean. What I love most is the ability to hop on a ferry and see another island in less than 20 minutes. The people are genuinely friendly and welcoming. The Islands make you feel like you are on one incredible extended vacation. Like most Clients, I too enjoy the views from our lush green hillsides overlooking the sailboats as they pass by. I guess one can easily say 'what’s there not to love about living in the BVI.

How do you think your colleagues would describe you?

I am considered to be well organized, disciplined and structured. I am also considered to have a wild imagination when it comes to business. Although I am mostly busy, my colleagues appreciate my life coaching and the way I develop my staff.

What is your daily "must-do"?

Outside of Real Estate, I have a passion for Flying and Sailing. I’ve been a licensed Private pilot since 1997. Also enjoy sailing around the British Virgin Islands. Deciding on which island to sail to is often most challenging.
