Steel Bar & Grille | Sydney, Australia

Spruce | San Francisco, California

Spruce showcases California-inspired American cuisine highlighted by seasonal produce and naturally raised meats, poultry, and fish. This distinctive restaurant reflects the charm of its Presidio Heights neighborhood surroundings, and provides residents with a welcoming place to dine, socialize and relax.


Topping Rose House | Bridgehampton, New York

Open daily year-round, Topping Rose House is a favorite for both visitors and locals in the Hamptons. With its seasonal American cooking and wide wood-plank floors reminiscent of a country barn, this hot spot mixes contemporary and traditional elements creating  an inviting, modern atmosphere in its 50-seat dining room.


Belcanto | Lisbon, Portugal

The Belcanto restaurant originally opened in 1958, and was revived in 2011 when Chef José Avillez began an extensive refurbishment of the kitchens and dining areas. At the revamped Belcanto, one can enjoy new Portuguese cuisine in a sophisticated atmosphere, reminiscent of the historical romance of the city.


Bo London | London, England

Bo London chef Alvin Leung introduced "X-treme Chinese" to the city, his signature cooking style that combines centuries-old recipes with modern cooking methods. The self-taught chef breaks down perceptions of traditional and regional Chinese food, creating an entirely new dimension for his diners to explore.


CHAR | Shanghai, China

Even though CHAR is surrounded by stunning panoramic views of Shanghai, the food holds its own against the glittery backdrop so well you might forget the restaurant has windows at all. The kitchen prides itself on simplicity of flavors and playfulness in presentation, with a menu that is constantly changing according to the season.
