Meet Lawrence Citarelli: Principal, First Hampton Realty

Lawrence spent fourteen successful years on Wall Street, weathering the incredible highs and lows, before deciding to forgo the commute and embrace a life in real estate in the Hamptons. With his tremendous experience in investing, building homes and overseeing developments and their design and management, Lawrence gives his clients the highest level of expertise and representation. "I am built on the action; that's what drives me," says Lawrence. "If you get up every day and like what you do, you are already successful."

LAWRENCE: We have an in-house marketing director and team who create a comprehensive marketing campaign for every property listed by us, including the property's own custom website, YouTube channel, multiple IDX/RSS feeds replete with translation of the exclusives into fifteen languages spanning 60+ websites. I'm a huge advocate of technology and being on the cutting edge of it while trying to balance the quantitative return accordingly which social media of course plays a part of as well.

YOU HAVE MANY ACCOMPLISHMENTS BUT WHICH ARE YOU MOST PROUD?

I am most proud to have been honored with the Congressional Award for International Business and Philanthropy for helping less fortunate children and communities. I have taught my three kids from an early age to be good to yourself and your family and take care of those who are less fortunate that deserve it.

WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT THE HAMPTONS AND WHAT DO YOU ENJOY DOING OUTSIDE OF YOUR REAL ESTATE BUSINESS?

LAWRENCE: I say what's NOT to love about the Hamptons and so many of the other wonderful locations around the world! I coach wrestling and football. I like to play golf, enjoy the beach and anything water…when I can.
