Inessa Tercan

Inessa began her career as Realtor in her native city of Moscow, Russia specializing in luxury homes. She was born into the family of a Korean Politician who was integrated into the Soviet government. As such, her upbringing was paradoxical as her family was at once, part of the elite inner circle of the Kremlin and at the same time, outsiders. Her unique background gave her great insight into the values, ideas and tastes of the wealthiest members of society, but also the desire to expand her horizons and explore the limits of her abilities. After great success as a Realtor in Moscow, she began taking on new and interesting projects. She became the owner of a Contemporary Art Gallery specializing in sculpture and painting of museum level artists, the owner of a VIP Club Travel Agency specializing in private jets and first class travelers, partnering with the World's leading hotels, the owner of Russian Business Magazine and a Member of the of Moscow International Women’s Club and the Private Business Jets Aviation Club. Despite great success in Moscow Inessa became enamored with travel and she started to stay away from Russia for longer periods, and began residing in Dubai, UAE. While there she specialized in luxury condos and investment and development projects, working with Fortune 500 clients. After further adventures in Turkey, France and the US, she settled in Canada, where she felt she could best build a life and grow professionally and personally. She enrolled in an Immigration Consultant Program and, upon completion, advised international investors on Universities and Private Colleges in Toronto for educating their children. After expanding her network in Toronto, she became aware of the boundless opportunities available in Toronto's luxury property market and completed a real estate program, receiving her Realtor's license. She has already leveraged her deep insight into the challenges faced by luxury home buyers and sellers to provide outstanding service to her clients. She holds a Bachelor in Economics and Psychology from Moscow State University, Russia, is fluent in Russian, French, Turkish and Korean, is an active Member of the National Yacht Club in Toronto and is currently writing a book and working on film production project in her spare time.
