Sierra stands out as potentially one of the youngest individuals to have secured a work permit. From as early as the age of 5, her upbringing on television and movie sets exposed her to an environment demanding constant adaptation, keen observation, and a fast-paced dynamic. These experiences have shaped her into a multifaceted and diligent professional, as well as a creative troubleshooter, all while maintaining a composed, collected, and logical approach.

Sierra’s professional journey combines a deep passion for real estate advertising where she developed and operates Sierra Schotts Tours, a Luxury Real Estate YouTube Channel, that provides comprehensive property tours of high-end properties across the United States. In addition to her entrepreneurial ventures, Sierra brings an academic foundation with a B.A. in Economics from SDSU and experience in real estate investments, including property renovations, sales, and rentals on a national scale.
