- 8 Beds
- 9 Baths
- 4,844.00 Sq. Ft.
- 0.49 Acres
Born in 1964 from an idea of Nicolò Conti and Luigi Dona dalle Rose, Porto Rotondo is a fraction of the town of Olbia. Conceived as a marina village, it is now one of the most important locations of tourism in Sardinia, Italian and international.
The project of Villa Allegra started with Nicolò and Luigi's idea, who built the property for personal use and chose the best location to do it.
Villa Allegra is an unique property, since its original construction by the owners of the entire area. While, generally, the most important villas in Porto Rotondo are located far from the harbor, not less than 3 km, Villa Allegra is the only one located at the middle of the district, with direct access to both the harbor and the center of the village.
The villa hosts eight private bedrooms, each one with its private bathroom, a large living room with dining room overlooking the porch and the garden, a large kitchen, a guest bathroom, a gym and fitness area. All rooms have satellite system and air conditioning.
2.000 square meters of land allows three large equipped lawns, a spa, a swimming pool and an artificial beach, rebuilt specifically to enjoy the holiday even in the days of mistral.
The entire property is equipped with an automatic watering system and very large water collecting tanks.
The property also has a large number of spacious covered porches and verandas to accommodate family and friends. About 200 people can dine in the carefully planned park.
The property is decorated with important sculptures made by various and renowned artists.
In addition, successful professionals have designed a lighting system of the entire property which makes it spectacular.
FURTHER DEVELOPMENT POSSIBILITIES
In addition to the existing one, with relatively small investments and already approved project, it is possible to build a new pool of 22 meters maximum length, extremely scenic, bustling, surrounded by rocks, with sandy base, counter-current swimming, whirlpools and a huge underwater window.
It is under approval a project to build a lookout railing above the current top-terrace and the construction of a suite of over 30 square meters to replace the panoramic dining area on the upper floor of the building.
Among other things, given the recent equalization of Porto Rotondo in a town, a proposal is being discussed with the city council to increase the density of the building construction that would allow, in the adjacent area of the gym, the creation of a new villa of similar size than the current one.
