This unique resort is located on its own private 13-acre tropical island, just 200 yards off the southern shores of St. Vincent. Established over 30 years ago, the Young Island Resort has been operating as a very successful luxury retreat, with over 50 percent of repeat customers. It is a perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of St. Vincent, yet keeps visitors satisfied with the many activities available on the island.

The island itself has a beautiful white sandy beach to the north facing St. Vincent and there are many little paths and roads throughout leading through the lush vegetation to the cottages or various lookout points. 29 luxury cottages of various sizes provide guest accommodation. There are two bars on Young Island, one floating near the beach and the other located near the main dining and restaurant area. Other amenities include a tennis court, a dock for boats, various office and storage areas, gazebos and outdoor sitting and dining areas, and a fabulous pool set within the beautiful gardens. There are also large water tanks that provide the resort with sufficient water. The island is a leasehold island with 53 years left.
