Palm Lodge

Palm Lodge is located on the very end of the main drive accessing the top of renowned Crown Point Development. This neighbourhood consists of mainly expats that originate from various backgrounds around the globe. It is considered to be very safe and has a beautiful natural environment. The property has amazing views overlooking all of Spring Estate including renowned Firefly Hotel which is located only about 10 minutes away by foot. Crown Point, which is situated at the North-Eastern side of Bequia, is the one of the most exclusive residential areas on the island. Palm Lodge is set within it's own tropical paradise of local faunae and tropical woodlands that give ample shading and help keep the location private. 

The entire property including the pool was only recently refurbished with new and extended balconies from where one can enjoy the breezes that sweep up to the property from across the bay. The balcony is great for entertaining as the balcony is partly covered to protect from the "sometimes" stronger sun. The owners of the house are from the UK whilst the caretaker, who is Canadian, lives nearby. This property is relatively contemporary in design and easily manageable due to the fact it is considerably compact. This would make a transition for any purchaser relatively straightforward!
