J. “Conrad” Miller moved to the Palm Springs area in 2014. Previously, Conrad was a licensed broker in North and South Carolina. Conrad specializes in the Palm Springs, Cathedral City, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert and Indian Wells Real Estate markets. Whether buying or selling primary residences, second homes or investment properties Conrad is a market specialist and has built a solid referral base and respect within the Realtor community. Recently awards include “Best of Coachella Valley” Realtors®, “Best of Pride” Realtors®, and one of “Palm Springs Life” Top Realtors® for 2021.

Since graduating from Wayne State College in Wayne, Nebraska with a degree in education and music and attending graduate school at the University of Nebraska Conrad has had a valuable and varied career - teacher, actor/singer, interior designer, human resource and corporate finance manager and tossing in a lifelong love of architecture, Real Estate is the perfect blend for excelling at serving people and actualizing the maximum potential in every property.

Conrad is actively involved in the desert community and enjoys hosting benefits for the Palm Springs Animal Shelter, at risk youths and Boys and Girls Club among others. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his husband, friends, relaxing with their 2 dogs, and attending special events in the area.
