Nikki Hessami

Nikki Hessami is an exceptional learner who pursued her MA in Architecture. She stayed on to teach and mentor other aspiring architectural students at University in Iran, and in 2014, she left Iran to seek adventure and opportunities in Canada. Before embarking on her real estate journey, she worked for Epoch Times, a prominent media company based in New York, with offices in Toronto, which was where she honed her marketing and sales skills. In 2018 she became registered as Real Estate Agent and had become a leader amongst her peers, earning the title of a top salesperson month to month in her brokerage. She received her Real Estate Broker designation and her mortgage license in 2021. Nikki has sold 42 million to date and has helped 60 families buy and sell real estate; she even launched her first co-authored book, "Finding The Home of Your Dreams," in 2022 to help guide first-time home buyers. Nikki is a real estate wealth strategist who helps her clients create financial security, build generational wealth and at the same time leave a legacy to their families. Applying her knowledge of architecture, she uses her eye for sophistication and practical design to find clients a suitable investment. Nikki works above and beyond for her clients to find them the best possible property that meets their investment criteria. When working with clients, she applies three core principles: truthfulness, compassion and tolerance, putting the needs of her clients ahead of her own throughout the entire process. With the background of leaving her home and adventure to a new country, Nikki understands the challenges and obstacles of establishing a life in a new country; her positive mindset and dedication to her clients allows them to transition seamlessly and help clients navigate the Canadian market to find the perfect investment property. She understands the importance of listening and goes out of her way to communicate from beginning to end to ensure they feel valued and appreciated.
