Danielle Yeretzian
Danielle is an Estate Agent with Craft & Bauer Real Estate Co. and part of The Hughes Group, who brings confident ardor to every step of the buying or selling process. Her passion for real estate began in her formative years in the Southland, when she would pour over Architectural Digest and “draft” floor plans of dream homes for her friends. “What I love about Los Angeles is that its architecture is as varied as its residents — all living together in harmony, side-by-side. Where else can you find a historic Craftsman bungalow, next to a freshly-painted Spanish casita, with a modernized duplex across the street?”
Danielle’s professional journey began as an in-house attorney for leading international commercial real estate firm, Cushman & Wakefield. She then moved into business management and development at some of LA’s renowned architecture and interior design firms before combining her skills to transition into residential real estate.
As an estate agent, genuine connections and open communication that foster mutual trust drive her practice. “I take that trust very seriously, and work hard to earn it, keep it, and to honor the responsibility that my clients place in me.” This translates directly into her ability to achieve the results her clients are dreaming of.
When not in the office, Danielle can be found tackling home improvement projects on her 100+ year-old Craftsman bungalow in Jefferson Park, where she lives with her husband Brian, and adorable toddlers, Arden and Harper.
