Colin Halliday

Santa Rosa-native Colin Halliday launched his real estate career in Sonoma County in 2015. Colin was always drawn to San Francisco’s vibrancy, particularly its architecture, and he is deeply proud to both live and work here. He specializes in single-family homes, condominiums, and country properties and has a firm understanding of property values, marketing, and negotiations. By working tirelessly on his clients’ behalf, Colin ensures that their experiences are as stress-free as possible as he expertly guides them through the competitive San Francisco market.

Colin studied real estate at Santa Rosa Junior College and holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from California State University, Chico, crediting the latter for his ability to successfully interact with San Francisco’s diverse clientele. Colin’s studies abroad in Florence, Italy—an architectural enthusiast’s dream—have further broadened his perspective of human nature and the importance of compassion. No less relevant is his previous role as a school counselor, which equipped him with the communication and problem-solving skills essential to real estate.

Colin has many interests and hobbies outside of real estate, including basketball, mountain biking, skiing, photography, cooking, traveling, and spending time with his dog, Annie. He is also guided by a strong desire to give back to the community, which started during a rewarding college internship where he worked with homeless and low-income individuals. His other efforts include volunteering for the Butte County CalFresh Program and functioning as the student spokesperson for California State University, Chico’s first food conference.
