Genuine Real Estate is led by Patrick Ryan, an award winning residential real estate consultant serving his clientele in Chicago since being Licensed in 2004, in addition to assisting on their 2nd home and investment needs in Southern Florida and the Caribbean. He excels in his field having a passion for residential real estate combined with his strong background in sales, marketing and management in prior positions in the pharmaceutical, transportation, and technology industries.

Prior to opening his own brokerage in 2018 he served as the Sr. Vice President of Sales for Related Midwest the Chicago affiliate of Related Companies headquartered in New York.

PR has served as a development sales representative, Broker for Buyers and Sellers, Managing Broker, and now Owner. Clients work personally with Patrick to achieve residential success. He has solid support so you won’t be passed off to someone else less accomplished.
