Vivian’s expertise in luxury brand marketing and international sales offers her clients smart real estate strategies that are backed by solid research and amiable confidence. Upon graduating from Boston University’s renowned College of Communication with a degree in Public Relations, Vivian spent two decades in New York City successfully marketing a leading global luxury brand. This has shaped her approach to real estate, which is clearly defined by her exceptional communication, entrepreneurial spirit, and astute negotiation skills. Vivian has a practical, approachable and good-natured style. She cares about her community and has been a proactive resident of Toronto for over 17 years. Vivian lives and works in midtown Toronto and has firsthand knowledge of the local schools. She is involved in the parent councils of two well renowned Toronto District School Board schools in her neighbourhood. She has her finger on the pulse of the issues that matter most to her neighbouring families. Vivian is a proud member of the National Association of Realtors®, holds an Accredited Buyer’s Representative designation, and is Membership Chair of the American Women’s Club of Toronto. She is fluent in both Spanish and English and is proficient in French.
