Kristina Kazemi

Kristina’s approach to real estate is one that focuses greatly on educating clients. She believes that by teaching through her experiences she can help her clients eliminate some of the stress that occurs during the buying or selling of real estate. She is committed to teaching millennials and first-time homebuyers how to make wise investments. Kristina was born and raised in Toronto and is an expert on the city’s various diverse neighbourhoods. She is also very knowledgeable about the city’s growing luxury condo market. Kristina is dedicated to building relationships with clients and in doing so, to make house hunting fun and pleasurable experience. Kristina graduated from the University of Guelph with a business degree and a major in marketing management. While at the university, she was a member of the real estate and entrepreneurship society as well as an advocate for environmental sustainability. She won an international award from the United Nations and attended the annual conference in New York to represent the University of Guelph. Kirstina’s interest in real estate extends to the world of Airbnb rental, specifically marketing and designing properties for optimal ROI. Her passions also include health and wellness, yoga, travelling and cooking.
