It is my great pleasure to introduce myself as Andrew Bulloch, a seasoned professional in the ever changing world of real estate, with a focus on cottage and recreational properties in the beautiful Muskoka region of Canada. With over 15 years of experience in this incredible playground, I have gained a deep understanding of the market and have broken records in all aspects of the business.

As a local resident, I have been fortunate enough to call Muskoka home since 1979, having moved here from Toronto at 8 years old with my family, who were Muskoka’s first McDonald’s Corp franchisees and spent 30 years in the business serving millions of customers. I have honed my expertise and passion for promoting the four-season market for cottage and recreational properties. I am dedicated to providing my clients with unparalleled service and making the buying or selling process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Recently, I have migrated my business to Seagram Real Estate (Muskoka’s Oldest Brokerage) which offers a suite of upscale, boutique services that are not found in traditional real estate brokerage formulas in Ontario. Our clients are thrilled with this change, and so am I. We are located at the hub of the lakes in Port Carling and also have an office on Lake Rosseau’s dream Playfair Island – making us perfectly positioned to provide the highest level of service to the entire Muskoka region with direct access to all cottage and recreational properties.
