Born and raised in South Carolina, Judd Borders’s niche is beachfront communities in the Charleston Lowcountry and surrounding areas. A Licensed Realtor® since 2008, Judd specializes in partnerships and partnership agreements, second homes and investment properties, and 1031 tax exchanges. Judd is an expert in the cost/expense of ownership inside of Wild Dunes Resort and has extensive experience with coastal properties and resort living. When not representing buyers and sellers on the Charleston Coast, Judd likes to play golf and enjoys spending time with his family.
