As part of the development team, Kristina works on design, pricing, branding and marketing, all of which are all vital to selling the property for the highest prices in the shortest amount of time possible.

She has recently launched sales at The Fitzroy, 14 stylish new homes designed by Roman and Williams and developed by JDS and Largo. Kristina enjoys the rare opportunity to work on these prestigious projects, while at the same time taking excellent care of her buyers and sellers. Kristina received an AB from Harvard College and an MBA from Columbia Business School. She also attended The Spence School in NYC and Phillips Academy in Andover, MA. Prior to entering the world of real estate, she worked at the management-consulting firm Booz Allen Hamilton advising media and entertainment companies on business strategy, and at ABC News.
