Associate Broker Staci Donegan Shatters $25 Million Mark, Earns Accolades as National Historic Landmark District’s #1 Residential Real Estate Agent for 2018

SAVANNAH, Ga. –– Staci Donegan, an award-winning Associate Broker in Savannah, sold more than $25 million in residential real estate in 2018 and earned the distinction of being the #1 residential agent for Savannah's National Historic Landmark District for the year.

Honored by Real Trends as one of the top real estate agents in Georgia, Donegan was a Top Producer at Celia Dunn Sotheby’s International Realty for six consecutive years. She recently joined Three Oaks Realty Company as she prepares to launch a new venture.

A longtime resident of downtown Savannah, Donegan is known for her in-depth market knowledge, uncompromising integrity, data-driven market analysis and strong negotiation skills. A former financial and business consultant, she brings a business-oriented approach to real estate.

Earlier in her career, Donegan worked in accounting, finance and account management at The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta and served as a Certified Public Accountant in the audit department at PriceWaterhouse Coopers. She also worked as a controller for the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) and served as chief of staff in the college’s Office of the President. She attended Clemson University and the University of Delaware and has a bachelor’s degree in accounting.

Donegan currently serves on the budget committee for Savannah Area REALTORS® (formerly SABOR) and on the board of directors for the Savannah Multi-list Corporation and the Savannah Philharmonic. She has previously held positions on the board of directors for the Downtown Neighborhood Association as well as the Savannah Film Commission.

Active in the community, Donegan is the treasurer of the Downtown Garden Club of Savannah and a sustaining member of the Junior League of Savannah. She is also a member of Wesley Monumental United Methodist Church, the Telfair Museum of Art Directors’ Circle, the Savannah Philharmonic Composers’ Circle and the Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce.
