Los Angeles Times Reports Partners Trust Listings as Top Sales
Two of the top five sales reported by Los Angeles Times were listings of Partners Trust, for late May and the first half of June 2016.
The first, 748 Amalfi Drive, listed by Partners Trust founding partner Hugh Evans III, sold for $13,419,063 — an offer that was accepted two weeks after coming to market. Partners Trust founding partner John Hathorn represented the buyer.
The home, a California Modern 8,036 square-foot three-story estate, sits on more than three-quarters of an acre in the beautiful Riviera neighborhood of Pacific Palisades. The site once housed original owner Mark Matkins’ family abode. O+L Building Projects conceived the new design in collaboration with owner/developer Mark Matkins and Brent Gunderson.
Also topping the list was an off-market listing located at 1003 Eden Way in Beverly Hills. Owned by television producer Jonathan Goodson and represented by Nancy Ross and Laura Barton of the Partners Trust team Ross & Barton, this property sold for $12.9 million.
The private oasis is tucked behind gates and privacy hedges and offers an expansive 6,000 feet of luxury living space across 25 rooms—five bedrooms and eight bathrooms. The vast interiors are splendidly balanced by the mature grounds complete with a swimming pool, sprawling greens, a tennis court and guest house.
