Vanguard Properties, the exclusive Leverage Partner in Marin County, recently announced the opening of their second Marin County office based in Larkspur, California.

The new office, located at 1118 Magnolia just steps from Rustic Bakery and a stone's throw from downtown Larkspur, has opened to better serve the Ross Valley communities of Larkspur, Greenbrae, Kentfield, Ross, San Anselmo, Fairfax and West Marin. Vanguard Properties will continue to operate at its first location, which serves all of Marin County, on the third floor of the office suites at the Town Center in Corte Madera.
